I bought the Marineland BioWheel Kit, 20 gal tank about a week ago, and am quite pleased with it. All the mechanics work fine and low hum of filter is negligible. I added an air pump and stone, from a previous aquarium, that did not come with it. My only minor issue with this product is the hood. I could not get the hinges at the rear to snap into place onto the hood, and the front slot to open/close for feeding doesn't open easily. Also, I made the mistake of detaching the wrong perforated panel at the rear...didn't realize they were 2 different sizes to fit different sized filters. Also also...the clerks at Petsmart are great, but they kind of misinform on size of tank for goldfish. The 1 gallon per inch of goldfish is fine at first, but they can grow to 8 inches or more, so providing for a tank large enough for their future growth is important. I was told I could put more than 2 fancy goldfish in a 10 gallon tank...which would not have accounted for ultimate future growth. I have 2 in a 20 gal tank, which I realize is borderline acceptable, and under what many guidelines recommend. I'm glad I went bigger, and overall I'm very happy with Petsmart.

      First one leaked

I've had the 10g kit for a year now and I can honestly say its a great product. No problems with the light, heater or filter. The only issue I have is that the light doesn't cover the entire length of the tank. I only noticed because my plants were growing sideways towards the light instead of upward. This light is strong enough to grow low light plants but make sure to plant them directly under the light of you want them to grow upward.

      Pleasantly surprised..beautiful and easy setup
